What will you be doing?
Reporting to the TPS Area Sales Manager, the BDM will be accountable for achieving sales targets and growing a loyal customer base. Delivering an exceptional customer experience is essential as is being a brand and product expert.
Sales Responsibilities:
1. Work with the ASM and TPS Centre Managers to create and deliver a sales strategy to increase sales revenues from mechanical customers.
2. Achieve target KPI's and revenue objectives for key mechanical customers.
3. Identify, secure, and develop new customer accounts within the territory.
4. Ensure marketing initiatives are supported and monitor the success of promotions and campaigns.
5. Present and report on sales and marketing activity vs performance.
6. Utilize internal and external market data to understand potential sales opportunities.
