Role: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Chessington - parking on-site
Term: Full time Temporary Contract
Start date: ASAP
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week / Monday - Friday 0900 - 1700 (weekend overtime available)
Rate: £12.30 per hour, up to double time for weekend work
Booking Duration: Booking to be reviewed in January
Our market-leading clients in Chessington, Surrey, are seeking temporary support for their small and friendly Customer Services team to help with the increase in demand during their peak trading period.
As a temporary Customer Services Advisor, you will be required to liaise with customers both verbally and via email to support them with their accounts, their orders, and any general customer enquiries, as well as occasional complaints.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. An excellent telephone manner with great communication skills
2. A focus on providing excellent levels of customer service
3. The ability to respond to queries accurately and in a timely manner
4. The ability to commit to working full-time between October to January
