As Customer Ops Exec you will be:
* Responding to customer enquiries over the phone, via chat, and email.
* Delivering WOW to our customers with excellent customer service.
* Interacting with current and potential customers.
* Interacting with the Product team to continually improve the customer experience.
* Always looking for ways to go ‘above and beyond’ to make customers happy.
* Managing all aspects of the loan, including onboarding new customers, collections, and complaints.

Our ideal Customer Ops Exec will have:
* The very best written and verbal communication skills; you love to engage, and people find you to be warm and friendly.
* 2 plus years of experience in a consumer-friendly environment, in customer service or similar.
* Fantastic interpersonal skills, very good empathy, and high EQ.
* Worked in a mobile app environment (with Zendesk experience as a bonus).
* Experience within a startup environment.
* A growth mindset and positive attitude.
* Experience working in lending or consumer credit is a massive bonus!

* £30K - £38K dependent on experience.
* This is a shift-based role. You will work a 40-hour week, and our opening hours are 8am to 9pm, 7 days a week, so you'll usually work 2 weekends a month, but some months it could be 3 weekends.
