Job Description
As the Key Account Manager, your responsibilities will be as follows:
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience as the main point of contact for your MSP clients.
* Defend and retain your cohort of aligned partner businesses, ensuring they maintain their ongoing run-rate.
* Work closely with partners on cloud adoption and presenting new product propositions.
* Build deep and manage ongoing relationships with an account portfolio of 30-50 cloud accounts.
* Support partners with Go-To-Market activity, such as marketing and sales campaigns.
* Champion your partners to suppliers to ensure they leverage supplier programs and funding.
* Provide reporting on customer performance, and present with regular cadence.
* Ensure you manage pipelines and report regularly on the progress of campaigns directly to the Growth Sales Manager.
* Ensure your KPIs are being met and achieved as set out by your manager.
* Be present at industry events, round-tables, workshops, and seminars (travel required).
The Successful Applicant
The successful Key Account Manager applicant will have the following:
* Proven experience in channel sales.
* Experience of selling cloud, cyber-security, or SaaS solutions.
* Proven experience of bringing set annual MRR targets.
* Highly customer focused.
* Sales and results focused.
* Happy working in a fast-paced environment.
