This role will be working directly for Logical Holdings, our Group company.
As a Legal Counsel, you’ll be assisting the Group of Head of Finance. This is an ideal position for someone who is a qualified lawyer with 3 years of post-qualification experience either in private practice or in house. This could be the stepping stone in your career to expand your knowledge and skills within an in-house setting.
To be successful in this role you will need to have experience of all facets of commercial and contract management. You will enjoy balancing your time between tactical day to day deal negotiations and contract mark ups as well as more long-term strategic projects. As with most in-house roles, there will be plenty of variety including compliance and risk management, data protection, corporate governance, M&A, insurance and litigation support and competition as well as the provision of on-going training.
To be succeed in this role, you will hold the following experience
* Ability to work independently and provide commercial and technically accurate advice under pressure and tight timelines.
* The ability to quickly build strong and credible working relationships with internal operational and commercial management, non-legal stakeholders along with the external network of advisors.
* Be proactive, responsive and are used to working on multiple and diverse subjects.
