Our client, a well-established fire protection service, is looking for a highly organised and proactive Contracts Administrator to join their growing team in Horsham.

The Role:
1. Handle incoming calls and raise jobs for repairs and installations
2. Ensure engineers are provided with correct job sheets and timesheets
3. Provide clients with regular updates on job statuses
4. Raise purchase orders for subcontractors
5. Communicate with the scheduling team to ensure smooth job flow
6. Track and update job progress to ensure deadlines are met
The Person:
1. Previous experience in administration (essential)
2. Strong customer service skills, as you will be the primary point of contact for all clients
3. Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain strong relationships
4. Experience in engineer scheduling is beneficial but not essential
The Package:
1. Salary of £26,000, increasing to £27,332.80 after 6 months
2. Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
3. 28 days holiday including bank holidays (increasing up to 33 days with service) + birthdays off
4. Annual performance bonus

6. Potential opportunity for WFH 1 day per week after a 6-month probation period
