Hours

* Rotational shifts (40 hours per week).
* 5:00 am – 2:00 pm (Monday – Friday).
* 1:00 pm – 10:00 pm (Monday – Friday).
* 7:00 pm – 6:00 am (Monday – Thursday).

Annual Salary £45,680

* Competitive hourly rate: £20.00 per hour (day shift), with a 30% night shift premium (£26.00 per hour).

This role focuses on improving equipment reliability by increasing the Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and reducing the Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).
