Summary: Our award-winning client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team.This role requires a seasoned project manager to oversee all aspects of infrastructure development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project lifecycles, procurement processes, and financial management. Responsibilities: Play a pivotal role in planning, organizing, and delivering critical infrastructure projects. Develop compelling business cases to secure project funding and approval. Oversee all aspects of construction activities, including coordination, monitoring, and progress reporting. Manage project budgets and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Lead the procurement process, managing consultants, contractors, and RFPs. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on project sites. Analyze proposals and bids to select the best solutions for project needs. Develop and maintain accurate project schedules and cash flow forecasts. Required Qualifications: A post-secondary degree in civil engineering, construction, or a related field. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience. 5 years of experience leading large-scale construction projects. Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Bonus points for: Bilingualism in French and English.
