Our client who is a Leading Lloyd's Brokers, an investor in people and a developer in careers are looking for a Household Account Handler to join their expanding Personal Lines department within their Essex Office. As a Personal Lines Household Account Handler you will be dealing general Household risks and dealing with clients and underwriters. All development training plans are in place, career development and financial support for studying Insurance exams are given. Hybrid working available
Household Account Handler
Main Duties:
* Producing quotations
* Handling renewals
* Handling New Business
* Mid Term Adjustments
* Processing adjustment's, processing cover notes, debit and credit notes
* Processing annual, additional and return premium's
* Handling Technical queries and liaising with Clients and Underwriters
* Providing support to senior members of the team
* attending team meetings
Essential Skills Required:
* Previous experience within an Insurance Household role
* experience in handling renewals and adjustment's
* Excellent PC skills
Desirable:
* Good organisation skills
* Cert CII or working towards
* Experience from a Personal Lines background
What you need to know:
* Permanent role
* Based in Essex - 3 days in the office and 2 working from home - support and equipment provided
* Salary between £20,000 and £25,000
