CHEF SUPERVISOR (Lewes) Full time; 37 hours per week, full year, permanent contract. Salary; circa £23,700 per annum. The college refectories are very busy catering operations offering a food service to our students, staff, and visitors to the College. Most of the time the hours will be daytime but on occasions, it will require providing catering for the commercial activities which take place in the evenings and weekends. As a Chef Supervisor, you will be working as part of a multi-site refectory team and will be responsible for; The preparation and serving of all meals and beverages to customers Ensuring that the kitchen and service areas are clean and tidy Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed. You will lead a small team day to day and support with cashing up and banking.
