About The Role As Learning and Development Coach you are responsible for creating an individualised, unique learner journey for a caseload of apprentices undergoing Team leading and business Administration. In this role, you’ll work remotely but remain closely connected with a passionate team, collaborating and making an impact together. You'll also be working towards achieving your Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS), with Agincare's strong commitment to Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to help you grow professionally. Additionally, you may have the exciting opportunity to travel internationally, including to Sri Lanka, to expand your influence through global training initiatives. Up to £32,000 (pro-rata) per annum dependent on experience 24 hours per week Mileage 35p per mile Company pension scheme Excellent professional development Blue light card discount scheme - money off high street stores As Learning and Development Coach you are responsible for creating an individualised, unique learner journey for a caseload of apprentices undergoing Team leading and business Administration You will tailor the delivery of training to individual needs and requirements in order to ensure that all work is completed by course agreed end dates. Following this you will have development conversations to assist your ‘students’ in making informed decisions on the next steps of their learning journey or careers. You will liaise with employers to review the progress and deliver key performance matrices to managers and compliance colleagues. You will identify opportunities to sign up new apprentices in line with the needs of the employers. About You You will need: A1 Level 3 Award in assessing candidates using a range of methods or equivalent English and maths at Level 2 or above Demonstrable recent experience in training and apprenticeship delivery Great communicator, planned, organised and enjoy working in a team You must be willing to travel, have a full UK driving licence and use of your own vehicle for work. Excellent communication and presentation skills and customer service skills, at all levels Desirable qualifications; ITQ / IT qualification at Level 2 or above V1 Level 4 Award in Conducting Internal Quality Assurance of the Assessment Process or equivalent Preparing to Teach in the lifelong learning sector (PTTLS) L3 or above or equivalent Level 3 NVQ in Advice and Guidance or above About Agincare We’re a family run business caring for people since 1986.
