The Perfect Candidate:
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic creative and technical professional with marketing acumen to join our Team. The perfect candidate will value and love promoting the ClearPlan Brand through LinkedIn, YouTube, and have technical chops (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent) with strong written communication skills. The Role:
As a Creative Media professional and a member of the growing ClearPlan team, we are looking to leverage your creativity, technical skills, and marketing acumen to produce and manage various forms of media content aimed at enhancing the brand's visibility, engagement, and overall presence within our industry. This role encompasses the creation, editing, and distribution of multimedia content such as videos, graphics, and social media posts, as well as company collateral creation, industry event support, and requires an understanding of digital platforms and tools.
ClearPlan’s Creative Media Specialist plays a crucial role in shaping and maintaining the company’s brand image through compelling visual and multimedia content. By effectively managing and executing media strategies, they help drive brand awareness, engage target audiences, and contribute to the overall success of marketing initiatives.
What You Will Do:
1. Creative Technical Skills
o Software Proficiency: Showcase knowledge using Adobe Creative Suite programs, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Adobe XD. Experience using Premiere (nice to have).
o Production Design: Demonstrate a high level of competence with production design skills, including accuracy with project edits and consistency with layouts.
o Technical Brand Standards: Demonstrate knowledge of UX/UI design principles and a commitment to detail.
o Platform Management: Stay updated with the latest trends in media production and digital marketing platforms.
2. Creative Content Creation and Production:
o Video Production: Create, edit, and produce engaging video content for various platforms.
o Graphic Design: Use Adobe Creative Suite to design visually appealing graphics and promotional materials.
o Photography: Capture high-quality images for marketing campaigns and social media.
o Creative Skills: Bring fresh ideas for repurposing high-performing content.
3. Marketing Acumen:
o Branding: Understanding of marketing principles and brand management.
o Campaign Support: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
4. Content and Engagement:
o Content Management: Support development and implementation of social media strategies.
o Engagement: Monitor social media channels and respond to comments.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
o Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of media content.
o Reporting: Prepare reports detailing the success of campaigns.
6. Project Management:
o Teamwork: Work closely with marketing manager and stakeholders to ensure cohesive media strategies.
o Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with external vendors as needed.
o Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and organized; ability to manage multiple projects.
o Communication Skills: Provide status updates and seek help when needed.
What You Will Need:
* 2+ years of experience using Adobe Creative Suite programs.
* 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite programs.
* Experience collaborating with key stakeholders.
* Ability to converse with technical teams.
* Ability to present a digital portfolio showcasing work samples.
* Excellent illustration and photo editing skills.
* Understanding of target audiences.
* Ability to tell a great visual story.
* Ability to work well in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
* Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
Nice If You Have:
* Previous experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry.
* Experience using Premiere or equivalent.
* Proven success in building a social media footprint through creative campaigns.
