Responsibilities for Customer Service Administrator: Hadling incoming calls and managing customers requirements accordingly Communicate with customers and fellow employees via email in a professional and efficient manner. Log notes on system with accurate and relevant information. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Desirable but not essential experience; Experience within a customer service and administration position essential.
