For over 25 years, we've built a legacy of success as two great brands. With our combined strengths, uniting of top talent and expertise, we’ve created a unique capability that seamlessly bridges talent assessment with leadership and culture transformation. It’s a formula for success that’s already trusted by top-tier clients like the BBC, BAE, HG Capital, and Toyota. Together, we’re shaping the future—and we want you to be a part of it.
About the role
Are you a detail-oriented and proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment? As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. With clients spanning industries and programmes ranging from small-scale coaching sessions to complex, blended learning initiatives, no two days will be the same!
While the role is primarily remote, you will be required to attend co-working days at our London and Birmingham offices a couple times a month. A reasonable commuting proximity to either of these locations would be preferred but not essential. Once part of the team, travel can be booked via our travel system or expensed back monthly.
Here’s what you’ll love about this role:
* Diverse Responsibilities: From coordinating resources to facilitating seamless communication, you’ll be at the heart of our project operations.
* Impactful Work: Support the delivery of learning experiences that truly make a difference.
* Growth Opportunities: Work closely with experienced project managers and consultants, gaining insights into the world of project delivery and professional development.
Key Responsibilities You'll Take On:
* Assist project managers with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and maintaining essential project documentation like plans, schedules, and reports.
* Act as a communication hub, ensuring smooth information flow between project teams and stakeholders.
* Coordinate resources—whether it’s scheduling the right people or sourcing materials—all at just the right time.
* Create and update materials to support training sessions, delivery, and business development efforts.
* Manage end-to-end support for online projects, serving as a reliable point of contact throughout.
* Provide exceptional service by responding to participant queries via our ticket system and troubleshooting issues effectively.
* Assist consultants with travel planning, ensuring every detail is taken care of.
Skills:
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent computer skills including knowledge of cloud networks, shared/versioned documents and remote meetings software, in addition to high proficiency in the MS Office suite.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Experience:
We welcome candidates with diverse backgrounds but would like a minimum of 2 years previous experience in project support or administrative role. As an organisation, we are a strong believer that skills can be taught, but a great attitude and standout personality are what truly set you apart—and that's what we're looking for!
Diversity, inclusion and wellbeing:
Diversity, inclusion and well-being is an important part of our culture and values. We recruit talented people from a diverse range of backgrounds and cultures, providing equal opportunities for all to join our team regardless of age, sex, race, sexual orientation, disability, or culture.
We create an exciting and rewarding place to work that aims to fulfil everyone’s potential and together to achieve personal and business goals. We offer flexible working patterns to help our staff achieve a good work/life balance and we encourage candidates seeking flexibility in their next role to apply for any of our vacancies.
Our Parent company are proud to have been recognised by The Law Society as gold standard for our Diversity and Inclusion Charter and to be Stonewall Diversity Champions.
