Email Marketing Executive This is essentially an events email marketing role for a Bristol based business, with a hybrid working option. You’ll need to attend the Bristol office once a month, so you need to be within a reasonable commuting distance. We are looking for a data-savvy and results-driven Email Marketing Executive to support the strategic commercial marketing managers for this very well established and growing b2b publishing business. The role is primarily event focused, to promote a major annual event and increase delegate attendance. This role will focus on becoming an expert in automating conversion email marketing, driving lead generation, nurturing sales funnels, understanding customers. There will be a mix of delegate acquisition, audience development, account-based marketing and sophisticated data work as they translate a large digital audience into focused groups of customers. It is a commercial revenue-generating role with a commission scheme to reflect its impact on the company's success, so the basic salary is up to £33k plus a team bonus paid on top each quarter. This is a very result-driven role and will suit an ambitious self-starter who thrives under pressure. About you: Previous email marketing experience for events is ideal although if you have knowledge of running multiple email campaigns in an environment where hitting your targets matters that would be helpful too A data geek at heart and literally gets excited about best practice in design of marketing, email automation and conversion copy.
