Service Manager Position in Automotive Retail
Our client based in Norwich is looking for a Service Manager to join their team. To be considered for this role you must have previous Automotive Management Experience, preferably in a Fast Fit or Multi-Franchise Centre.
The role of Service Manager is based in a well-established family-run company working for their fast fit centre in Norwich.
Responsibilities:
1. Daily Management of the workshop, leading and overseeing the Service department, managing a team of highly skilled Technicians.
2. Organising the workflow in the service department.
3. Reporting to upper management on Centre performance and KPI’s.
4. Employee reviews, training, and development.
5. Driving profitability.
6. Developing Service Procedures, Policies, and standards.
7. Improving response and delivery times.
8. Manage the MOT Testers.
Our client is offering a competitive salary as well as an excellent bonus/profit sharing commission structure for the Service Manager role. Working hours for the Service Manager role are Monday to Friday 8.00am till 6.00pm and every second Saturday 8.00am till 12.30pm.
