Job Description
* Chasing documentation and administrative tasks
* Oversee timesheet management, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
* Assist in onboarding new employees and conducting exit interviews.
* Maintain accurate records of all recruitment and timesheet activities.
* Collaborate with the Secretarial & Business Support team to meet departmental goals.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
* Provide administrative support as required.
The Successful Applicant
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
* The ability to work well in a team environment.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving.
* The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
