About You To Excel in this role, you will have: Experience in leading meetings and communicating to VIP members to ensure smooth delivery, both written and verbal. Experience of line management in a technical IT environment Experience of Supporting cloud based O365 services and Windows OS Support Knowledge of Service Management Methodises and Techniques, such as ITIL, Kanban and Agile. Ability to lead, support & develop a team of technical support analysts, with well-developed management, negotiating and influencing skills.
