Key Responsibilities
1. Develop Training Programs: Create comprehensive training programs to improve the company's Health & Safety, Environment, Quality and Corporate responsibility performance.
2. Lead Training Sessions: Foster a culture of safety among all employees by leading engaging and informative training sessions.
3. HSE Management Systems: Develop, implement, and maintain effective HSE management systems to ensure compliance with local and national regulations.
4. Audit and Inspection: Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure that the company meets its HSE standards.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives related to HSE.

Requirements
* Education: Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field (desirable)
* Experience: Proven experience in HSE management within a manufacturing environment
* Knowledge: Strong knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and best practices
* Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 per annum, plus superannuation and other benefits.
