Do you have great admin experience? Do you want to work for a well-established company where your hard work will be recognised? Then this is the role for you! We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator who can commit to a full-time, temp-to-perm role at an Engineering company based in Rugby. This is an office-based role where you will receive inbound calls from customers, engineers, suppliers, and more.
It is a fast-paced role, and the ideal candidate would have experience ordering parts, export knowledge, and servicing within an engineering company. Please note that this position is strictly office-based (hybrid does not work for this company).
So what would I be doing?
* Processing incoming orders into the system
* Diary management, such as booking out engineers
* Responding to emails
* Speaking to customers
* Some accounts duties
* General Customer Service
* Answering incoming phone calls
