Our Audiology Practitioners are key to making sure the screening process is efficient, providing the best customer service for both NHS and private services. In this role, you’ll be supported by an HAD (Hearing Aid Dispenser), and work with them to keep building your skills and complete your training. The role involves administration duties, as well as booking clinics, helping with minor repairs and rehabilitation and microsuction (ear wax removal) duties if required. What’s on offer?
* Salary is national minimum wage
* Working 3 days a week which WILL include every weekend and one other day whilst training and once trained, every weekend will be required plus one other day to be discussed with the successful candidate and the Director
* Core hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday and 10am to 5pm on a Sunday
* We will auto-enroll you into the pension scheme with an employer contribution when you contribute too
What we’re looking for?
* Good written and verbal English skills / good communication
* Some work experience of working with customers
* Keen interest in self-development
Desirable skills:
* Fluency in use of patient management systems (e.g. Socrates/Auditdata/Sycle) or previous experience in an audiology or optical setting
