We're hiring a Head of Performance & CRM for a DTC e-commerce brand.
With annual turnover skyrocketing from £1 million to £33 million in five years, the brand has attracted international attention, including endorsements from celebrities like Meghan Markle.
This role owns the strategy for multi-territory Paid and CRM marketing activity, managing a team of four as well as third party agency partnerships.
Oversee CRM and Performance Marketing teams, fostering collaboration and shared objectives
Evaluate acquisition marketing effectiveness, suggest improvements, and forecast performance
Implement channel testing to prove incrementality and boost traffic, conversion, and profitability
Cultivate agency partnerships, ensuring efficiency and exploring new performance drivers
Set database targets with analysts, enhancing customer retention and value
Coordinate with Ecommerce and SEO teams to balance organic visibility and paid search
Synergise with Organic Marketing, PR, and Retail to create omnichannel campaigns
Explore new acquisition channels and markets for brand growth
