We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated teaching partner to join our friendly, supportive and hard-working team in our reception class.
Responsibilities include:
1. Meeting the needs of all learners
2. Running interventions
3. Supporting the class teacher in the day-to-day responsibilities of the class
4. Maintaining high expectations in relationships and behaviour

6. Continuous professional development in meeting the needs of all learners (ADHD, ASD, Neurodiversity, Dyslexia)
7. Opportunities to liaise with teaching partners at other settings through TP conference
8. Opportunity to develop skills in forest school delivery
9. Planning and preparation time

2. Demonstrates a commitment to working as part of a team with all staff
3. Is an enthusiastic and imaginative individual who will create a stimulating and vibrant learning environment for our pupils
4. Can manage and organise classroom support effectively
