Minimum Requirements:
* QTS or QTLS Qualification
* Proven teaching and learning experience
* Experience Teaching English and Literacy
* Up to date safeguarding and child protection qualifications/knowledge and experience.
Ideal Candidate:
* Outstanding classroom practitioner.
* Energy, passion, and drive to raise standards.
* Initiative, vision, excellent planning, and organisational skills.
* Experience working with students with SEMH and additional needs.
* Knowledge and understanding of developments in education.
