About You:
We are seeking a dedicated Cred Supervisor individual to join our team at HMP Highpoint, a CATEGORY C and Adult male prison.

Minimum Requirements:
We are looking for a Cred Supervisor with any combination of:
1. Understanding of prisons and the prisoner working systems or a willingness to learn - Desirable
2. Understanding of how to use tools and equipment to complete small scale refurbishments - Essential
3. Knowledge of working safely and putting health and safety principles into practice - Essential
4. Experience in managing small scale refurbishments and projects - Essential
5. Experience of supervising staff - Essential
6. Self-motivated with a positive 'can do' approach to work - Desirable
7. Experience managing relationships with various stakeholders - Desirable
8. Trade or building qualification such as carpentry, painting and decorating, plumbing or electrics - Essential
