Strategy Education are delighted to be working with a specialist school for 11–16-year-olds, attached to a mainstream secondary school in Thurrock, Essex.
The schools offers a broad and balanced curriculum through a range of subject lessons, projects and experiential learning activities. Due to the SEMH needs of the students the manner the curriculum is delivered, has been adapted for some of the subjects.
The school is looking to recruit a nurture teacher to work full time and support students in a variety of subjects.
The school is located in Thurrock.
There is parking on site and good links to the C2C trainline from London and other parts of Essex.
The role is full time and would start immediately ideally, however a start date in January 2025 would also be considered.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified teacher and have previous experience working with children with SEMH needs.
