Job Title: Chartered Quantity Surveyor Location: London, UK (Hybrid/Flexible) Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum About the Role: We are seeking a Chartered Quantity Surveyor to join a vibrant PQS team in London, specialising in prime and super prime residential, sports and leisure and heritage projects. Joining a well-established professional Construction Consultancy as a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing costs and ensuring the financial success of diverse construction projects. Key Responsibilities: · Conducting cost estimation, cost planning, and cost analysis for assigned projects. · Managing tender processes and contract administration. · Monitoring project progress to ensure financial control and budget adherence. · Providing expert advice on procurement strategies and contract types. · Collaborating with stakeholders to optimise project outcomes and mitigate risks. Requirements: · Chartered Quantity Surveyor status (MRICS or equivalent). · Proven experience in quantity surveying within residential, sports and leisure, and or heritage project sectors. · Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement methods. · Excellent analytical and negotiation skills. · Ability to work effectively in a hybrid/flexible working environment. · Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
