The OA Group are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team, who will be responsible for creating and managing external and internal content, executing social media strategies, handling email marketing campaigns, and assisting in video production.
This role requires strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with our recruitment teams.
Duties:
1. Target audience identification and content development
2. Writing and publishing monthly blogs, focusing on industry trends and recruitment insight
3. Managing social media content, designing, posting and assisting in video production
4. Develop internal content for our client base, working closely with the sales team
5. Develop and manage successful email campaigns
What we would like from you:
1. Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
2. Proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
3. Experience and proficiency in digital and graphic design (Canva Pro or Adobe Creative Suite preferred but not essential)
4. Familiarity with email marketing tools like Mailchimp
