As a Senior Manager, you'll be at the helm of both technical innovation and site leadership for Aurora in Bangalore. Your role will be multifaceted, combining strategic vision with hands-on technical expertise. You'll shape the long-term technical roadmap and set ambitious goals to drive performance improvements that benefit our customers. A key aspect of your role will be fostering a thriving engineering community, aligning organizational leaders on priorities, and optimizing resource allocation to achieve critical objectives.
Your technical acumen will be put to the test as you identify architectural bottlenecks, develop proof-of-concepts, and guide senior engineers in crafting robust technical solutions. You'll be instrumental in streamlining delivery timelines through strategic engineering plans. Communication will be crucial as you keep senior leadership informed, navigate risks, and make judicious technical trade-offs to maximize customer impact. Leading by example, you'll actively participate in implementation, demonstrating best practices in coding and testing. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of engineering experience
