Customer Service Expert Wanted!

As an Expert, you will play a crucial role in supporting and educating their partners. It's a great opportunity to work with a top-notch Operations team and dive into their day-to-day operations.
Who You Are:

* Experience in retail or customer service, interacting with partners.

What You'll Do:
* Deliver 5-star, in-person support for their partners.
* Onboard new driver partners and provide exceptional support.
* Resolve driver issues and answer questions.
* Help build the brand and get drivers excited.
* Stay up to date with processes and tools.
* Collaborate with the Driver Operations team to streamline procedures.
This is a temporary, contract role with the potential for extension. You'll earn a competitive hourly rate of £13.61. Join our client's team and make a real impact on their growing business!
Travel:
* You may be required to travel to additional hubs near the area. Don't worry, your start times will be adjusted to allow for travel time, and expenses will be paid.
Contract Length: 3 months
Working Pattern: Full Time (40hrs)
