We are currently seeking a Senior Support Worker to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of those we support.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure the smooth running of the house and daily operations
* Support with all daily living tasks, promoting independence
* Lead the team to ensure staff works cohesively to achieve individual goals
* Complete all paperwork, including care and support plans, and risk assessments
* Manage rota and shift cover to ensure adequate staffing
* Conduct care audits to maintain high standards of care
* Organize service user activities to enhance engagement and wellbeing
* Authorise timesheets to ensure accurate payroll
* Oversee electronic call monitoring schedules for effective service delivery
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in care and in a leadership or senior role
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to manage tasks and maintain a high standard of care
* A caring and empathetic approach to supporting adults with learning disabilities
* Organizational skills and attention to detail
