Tungsten Automation, a leading provider of award-winning desktop software solutions including Power PDF, PaperPort, and OmniPage, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager - eCommerce to join our global team. As the eCommerce Marketing Manager, you will oversee and optimize our global eCommerce operations, focusing on enhancing the checkout user experience, managing payments and promotions, conducting A/B testing, analyzing performance metrics, and more. This role is remote/home based in Northern Ireland with occasional travel to meet the team.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive ecommerce marketing campaigns that align with business goals and target audience needs. Combine strategic thought leadership with day-to-day management of all tactical elements, including analytics, insights, and ongoing optimization.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to define campaign objectives, target segments, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Create and execute detailed, multi-tactic campaign plans, including promotional emails and landing pages, including writing, selecting images, compiling requirements, and ensuring quality assurance before launches.
* Develop and maintain the product catalogue and content calendar and execute campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, email, content, and SEO.
* Work closely with internal teams and external paid media and affiliate agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials and assets.
* Ensure campaigns are launched on time and within budget, meeting all defined objectives.
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI.
* Conduct A/B testing, reporting and analysis, analyze existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, drive key performance indicators (KPIs), and automate manual processes.
* Generate detailed reports on campaign outcomes, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
* Implement best practices for converting free trial users to paid customers, with a strong understanding of segmentation, targeting, and personalization.
