easyJet is currently seeking a Finance Manager to join our evolving operations finance team, specifically partnering with Cabin Crew stakeholders. Join us and play a significant role in the success of our fast-paced business.
TEAM:
This is an exciting opportunity to be a key member of the Operations Finance team, reporting to the Senior Finance Manager for Crew, providing financial ownership for Cabin Crew costs.
JOB PURPOSE:
1. Serve as the end-to-end finance contact for Cabin Crew costs, providing complete financial management and ownership.
2. Provide business partnership between key stakeholders and the financial performance of easyJet.
3. Lead long-term planning processes for Cabin Crew costs, including Budget, Outlook, and the long-term plan.
4. Support delivery of key strategic objectives for Cabin Crew.
5. Provide month-end deliverables, strategic and annual planning, forecasts, and insightful analysis.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Business Partnering:
1. Provide a true Business Partner framework to all Cabin Crew stakeholders.
2. Manage Budget and Outlook for Cabin Crew.
3. Identify opportunities to improve Cabin Crew productivity.
4. Support future Cabin Crew pay deal negotiations.
5. Support the EDGE programme and monthly re-forecasting.
6. Evaluate business cases and provide decision advice.
7. Handle ad-hoc projects.
Business Performance and Analytical Support:
1. Ownership of monthly detailed analysis and insight into costs.
2. Ensure accurate monthly forecasting into consolidated PBT model.
3. Provide insight into risks and opportunities.
4. Drive continuous improvements in operational and finance processes.
5. Contribute to budget processes detailing variances for senior management.
People Leadership, Relationships, and Influence:
1. Maintain effective cross-functional relationships.
2. Provide subject matter expertise to stakeholders.
3. Manage and mentor junior team members.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS & FINANCIAL TARGETS:
1. Support delivery of Cost per Seat (CPS) to budget.
2. Complete month-end insight and budget variance analysis on time.
3. Identify opportunities to improve Cabin Crew productivity.
4. Deliver key insights into Cabin Crew costs.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
1. Qualified accountant with at least 3 years of post-qualified experience.
2. Excellent analytical skills and understanding of variance analysis.

4. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
5. Proactive team player and self-starter.
6. Excellent Excel skills (up to basic macros) and TM1 experience preferred.

LOCATION & HOURS OF WORK:
This full-time role will be hybrid working, for 60% of your working month, based in Luton, and will be 40 hours per week.
