The Vacancy

What will you be doing?
* Working with the Talent Acquisition Manager and alongside hiring managers to attract and recruit talent into NorthStandard across global locations, using a variety of channels such as social media/job boards, to ensure that specialist and hard to find roles are filled, whilst building the NorthStandard recruitment brand.
* End to end ownership of talent acquisition in our Marketing, Finance, People & Culture, Data, Technology, Risk & Compliance functions.
* Working with the Talent Team to continually review our recruitment practices, iterating and improving where necessary.
* Conducting the first stage screening and initial phone interviews to determine a candidate’s skills, experience and their culture fit/add.
* Co-ordinating and supporting the interview process with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring that all touchpoints represent the NorthStandard brand and principles.
* Working with the Head of Talent & Engagement to design and deliver effective learning for teams and individuals, including ownership of the onboarding learning pathways.
* Develop learning materials such as e-learning modules, guides, and workshops whilst driving engagement with a comprehensive training calendar and communication.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of learning, measuring return on investment and providing data and insight to support ongoing learning opportunities across the club.
* Being a subject matter expert on our applicant tracking system (ATS) and learning management system (LMS), using data to iterate our processes and candidate/user experience.
* Providing regular data (including DEI data) and reports, to shape our approach to talent acquisition and development.
* Partnering across the People & Culture Team to drive value through business processes, using insightful data and feedback.
About you
Essential skills, experience, and qualifications
* Experience of working in a human resources team at executive or advisor level.
* Experience of ‘in-house’ talent acquisition and administering an applicant tracking system (ATS).
* Understanding of the employee lifecycle from attraction through progression and engagement.
* Experience of analysing data to add value/drive improvements to process and practice.
* Accuracy and attention to detail.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise at all levels.
* Flexible and enjoy working on a variety of tasks.
Desirable skills, experience, and qualifications
* Global experience of talent acquisition.
* Experience of designing and delivering learning.
* International employment law.
* Experience of working within a multi-site hybrid organisation.
Salary starting from £30,000, depending on experience.
