Are you a dedicated and passionate Dispensing Optician or Dispensing Practice Manager looking to join a close-knit supportive team with a relaxed environment?
If so, Major Healthcare are supporting a well-established independent practice based North-East of Colchester who are seeking a new Dispensing Practice Manager.

* 50-minute testing times promoting a truly personal clinical assessment with patients

* Weekend flexibility is possible, they are also closed Sundays, Bank Holidays and over Christmas, offering a better work life balance
* Your day-to-day work will be varied allowing you to become more involved within marketing and practice development
* Contract benefits include 5 weeks holiday + Bank Holidays, funded professional fees, auto enrolment pension and 4 weeks sick pay
* They have a very low staff turnover which reflects perfectly on the way they care and look after their staff and team members The team are closely involved in the local community, running regular awareness events and presentations
* Patient needs are their number 1 goal, and the Directors are highly experienced Optical professionals who continue to work within the practice

* Short- and long-term clinical training and development available including financial support towards a variety of additional qualifications
Details and requirements
* Opening Hours: Monday – Saturday (09:00am - 17:00pm)
* Closed Sundays, Bank Holidays and over Christmas
* Full or part time position (4 days a week minimum)
* Weekend flexibility possible
* Eligibility to work in the UK and GOC Registered
Salary and benefits
* Up to £36,000 + professional fees & pension
* 25 days holiday + 8 BH (33 in total)
* 4 weeks full sick pay
