About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the historic houses team as Learning Manager. In this role, you’ll be responsible for effective management and delivery of learning activities at Boston Manor House and Hogarth’s House as well as contributing to the wider service where appropriate. The Learning Manager is responsible for overseeing the design and delivery of formal and informal learning across both Historic Houses.
The Learning Manager is also responsible for ensuring that learning is embedded in all aspects of public programming across the Historic Houses, and will therefore be involved in exhibition, talks and family programming as well as revenue generating activities.
This role is a job share with a member of staff already in post.
About The Team You’ll Be Working In
This role sits within the Culture Team as part of the Historic Houses sub team. The Historic Houses Team manage the two London Borough of Hounslow’s two owned and operated historic houses, Boston Manor House and Hogarth’s House. This team is responsible for the care of these buildings and their collections as well as the public programmes for each site.
This role reports directly to the Historic Houses Senior Manager who heads the Historic Houses Team and reports to the Head of Culture.
About You
