Your role as the Customer Service Account Manager will be to nurture and build bonds with the existing customer base, ensuring our clients receive an industry-leading service.
This role will have you spearheading a range of clients, becoming their point of contact and leading them through a seamless ordering process whilst welcoming new clients to the business post-agreements.
A strong communicator with a passion for building relationships is essential as you will hold multiple relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Production, Finance & Dispatch teams).

Responsibilities:
1. Deliver outstanding customer service to all customers around orders, account queries, and post-sale relationships.
2. Manage your dedicated accounts from initial enquiry through to delivery of products.
3. Communicate effectively through email, phone, and messaging platforms.
4. Foster strong relationships with clients.
5. Collaborate with internal teams, including Production, Dispatch, and Finance.
6. Process production orders using a bespoke CRM.
7. Ensure timely dispatch of orders through coordination with internal departments.
8. Address delivery issues with couriers, distributors, and ensure customers are kept up to date.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Previous customer account management exposure is essential (does not need to be sales exposure).
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Strong attention to detail.
4. Effective problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to thrive in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
6. Adaptability and flexibility in managing tasks.
7. Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office and email applications.
9. Ability to multitask effectively.
