We use it to deliver value and growth opportunities for all our stakeholders.

We believe in making a better world for future generations and take responsibility for our actions.
Our Committed Capital
We are longstanding investors in the UK industrial and logistics market with a UK wide platform and excellent track record of performance. We are fully aligned with Blackstone, our capital partner, and together we have a strong conviction towards investing in UK industrial and logistics.
Following the integration of Industrials REIT and St Modwen Logistics in June 2024, Indurent is one of the UK’s largest owners of industrial and logistics property, with over 25m sq ft of warehouse space and more than 2,000 customers. We have big ambitions and aspirations, and with the backing of our owner, Blackstone, we expect to double the size of the business over the next 3-5 years.
We are always looking for talented individuals to join the Indurent team who can help us achieve our goals and aspirations. We would love to hear from you if that might be you.
