Job Title: SEN Tutor Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour Skills: SEN Experience Job Description: Job Duties: Provide tailored support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Develop individualised learning plans based on students' specific needs and abilities Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to help students achieve their academic goals Monitor and assess student progress regularly, adjusting teaching methods as necessary Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development Required Qualifications: Hold a relevant teaching qualification Demonstrated experience working with students with SEN Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills: A degree in Education or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role In-depth knowledge of SEN support strategies and best practises Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications in Special Education or SEN support Experience working in a variety of educational settings Familiarity with the UK educational system and SEN legislation Working Conditions: Part-time hours, flexible schedule Work primarily in a classroom or educational setting Opportunity to make a positive impact on students' lives All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
