The Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the campaign activity across the group and ultimately contributing to the overall business line objectives and return on investment targets.
This role will support the execution of our marketing campaigns in delivering awareness and acquisition-based initiatives.
What will your day look like?
1. As a key member of the marketing campaign team, the role holder will help drive our campaign activity across shared marketing functions.
2. Delivering and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns, focusing on acquisition across B2B and B2C audiences, aligned to commercial and marketing objectives.
3. Creating campaign activation across all groups and relevant channels including email, webinars, and digital, to produce content that engages and educates, driving awareness and consideration.
4. Ability to write detailed marketing briefs and experience of working across various marketing channels is desirable.
5. Driving the end-to-end campaign through planning, delivery, measuring, optimization, and reporting.
6. Setting campaign KPIs, post-implementation review, analysis, and optimization with support from digital specialists and agencies.
7. Presenting campaign results and recommendations with learnings to guide future campaigns to stakeholders.
What do we expect from you?
1. Experience of managing multi-channel marketing campaigns across a range of channels including digital, email, programmatic, PPC, and trade advertising is essential.
2. Knowledge and experience of marketing channels, including email, social media, programmatic, trade media, PPC, SEO.
3. Experience of working with creative and media agencies, with the ability to write briefs, review, and feedback on creative concepts and media planning.
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment where change is constant.
