As an Activities Coordinator at a care home, you will play a vital role in creating a stimulating environment that enables residents to live their best lives. Responsibilities include planning and leading engaging events, managing activity schedules, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services. Key qualifications for this role include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, creativity, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Previous experience in a care setting or similar environment would be beneficial, but not essential.
