Join our teamapply today Key Skills and Qualifications to succeed in this role: Experience in a warehouse or transport office is a plus Solid Excel skills youll need to be confident with VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables Strong data entry abilities and attention to detail Minimum GCSE pass in Maths and English A natural team player with great communication skills Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage your workload independently Punctual, proactive, and customer-focused Key duties & Responsibilities: Managing key customer accounts from order receipt to delivery Processing customer orders, updating inventory, and planning inbound/customer deliveries Providing quotes for inbound sea freight and liaising with overseas agents, carriers, and suppliers Coordinating customs clearances, inputting entries, and ensuring timely documentation Using our in-house systems (Azyra/Snap) to book and track jobs Confirming fulfilments via our WMS and tracking shipments to ensure on-time delivery Monitoring SLAs, generating weekly KPIs, and taking action to exceed targets Conducting weekly invoice reconciliations and resolving stock queries Delivering exceptional customer service via phone and email This role is dynamic, and your responsibilities may evolve as the business grows.
