Join us in the transformational programme at Royal Mail - Project Daisy. We are looking for a Migration Campaign Analyst to lead customer migration campaign analytics. Your role will involve creating migration campaign plans, ensuring customer readiness, and collaborating with various teams for a seamless transition.
The campaigns analysis will liaise with the customer experience and sales teams to create a migration campaign plan. You will liaise with the shipping and customer solutions teams to ensure customer readiness and technical migration is on schedule plan. You will arrange and participate in meetings, support creation of presentations and case paper material, monitor and record progress as well as work closely with other project strands and central PMO officers in preparation for meetings and governance processes.
About the role
In this role you'll:
• Support others to successfully deliver their objectives within the scope of the migration strategy.
• Support, create & analyse a migration campaign strategy that includes customer communications (pre/post), customer support during migration, customer segmentation plan (to support multiple phases of migration), sales communications and customer communication collateral.
• Build a migration campaign plan cadence to enable the ongoing management of the migration plan but also reporting to key milestones and tackling of issues raised during migration.
• Help build a migration campaign plan that includes strategies to retain high profile, high value customers.
• Manage, engage, communicate, and consult with stakeholders – both internally and externally.
• Develop and document an end-to-end campaign analytics plan that will ensure all elements of the migration plan are deployed in unison and to time.
• Develop and own key reports to share learning across the programme
• Lead in developing learning strategies from analysis work undertaken
About you
• An understanding of Royal Mail operations and commercial functions
• Ability to use data to decide short- and long-term campaigns, driving decisions and retaining customers
• Ability to simultaneously manage a complex set of project imperatives in various phases of design and deployment
• Ability to manage activities with multiple internal and external key stakeholders
• Ability to utilise appropriate measurement tools to evaluate the on-going progress and effectiveness of a project
• Strong experience in campaign and business analysis
• Ability to effectively communicate and establish credibility within all levels of the organisation and externally
• Ability to articulate the potential customer response to large scale change
• Ability to support a geographically dispersed team
• Ability to develop effective working relationships within a cross functional team
• Strong presentational skills
• Strong Interpersonal skill
Experience:
• Proven experience of managing complex and interdependent campaigns and business analysis initiatives
• Proven experience of developing and supporting campaigns
• Proven experience of operating at analyst level
• Proven experience of analysing CRM and a good understanding of marketing campaigns
• Demonstrating ability to quickly reassess priorities when required
Qualifications:
• Degree level or relevant previous experience
