WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Written and verbal communication skills.
Customer service.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office & excel.

Ability to work under pressure.
Attention to detail.
London experience essential
Experience in the provision on PTS is desirable
Working within NHS environment desirable
At least 12 months experience of controlling a PTS Transport operation
Knowledge of Cleric IT System desirable
Customer & Patient facing aptitude
