BSHAA Operations Manager – Full-Time

We’re looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to join the British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists (BSHAA) and play a pivotal role in our mission to advocate, care, educate, and guide.
About the Role
This multifaceted position involves operational leadership, membership services, event management, and mediation support. You’ll work closely with the President, Board, and Membership Manager to ensure the smooth running of the Society and the delivery of outstanding services to our members.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
✅ At least two years of experience in the audiology sector
✅ Strong organisational skills with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset
✅ Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
✅ Leadership experience with a “can-do” attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
