Job summary The role supports: The Workforce Data and Systems and People Services Teams in the provision of accurate workforce data with a focus on the administration of monthly payroll delivery and employee record keeping. The accuracy of data held on HR workforce systems to ensure information provided to both internal and external contacts is accurate. The People Services Team in regard to workforce record keeping using the variety of systems available for example (but not limited to) ESR, EASY and Healthroster. This offers hybrid working, with a weekly requirement to attend office days in our Colchester location. Main duties of the job Collect, collate, analyse and produce workforce information reports on a regular and ad hoc basis in line with the information requirements of the organisation. Provide advice to managers and colleagues on a range of complex issues including annual leave, timesheet and expense claim payments and sickness absence. Assist the Workforce Data and Systems team with the Buying/Selling Annual Leave and Annual Leave Carryover process. Maintaining local spreadsheets and updating Annual leave on ESR and Healthroster as required. Undertake administrative tasks including, evidence checking Long Service Award documentation requests, running IATs to bring across previous NHS service history and adding new leave plans onto ESR for new starters. To support the People Services team with ESR, EASY, Healthroster & payroll processing. Ensuring data alignment with ESR to Easypay and Healthroster and vice versa to maintain data accuracy. Undertake regular audits of information entered onto People systems to ensure data quality, integrity, completeness and accuracy of information held against staff records ensuring consistency with all systems.
