The Role:
The Sales Partnership Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships to drive sales growth and expand market presence. Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Development:
1. Identify and evaluate potential partners to support the company’s growth objectives.
2. Develop and implement strategies to establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
3. Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
Sales strategy and execution:
4. Collaborate with other team members to integrate partnership opportunities into the overall sales strategy.
5. Drive sales through partners by developing joint business plans, setting targets, and ensuring alignment with company goals.
6. Monitor and analyze partner performance to optimize sales efforts and ensure target achievement.
Relationship Management:
7. Serve as the main point of contact for partners, addressing any issues and fostering strong, long-term relationships.
8. Conduct regular business reviews with partners to evaluate performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and align on future initiatives.
9. Provide partners with the necessary training, support, and resources to maximize their effectiveness.
Market Research and Analysis:
10. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape and new opportunities for partnerships.
11. Analyze partnership performance data to inform strategic decisions and improve partnership effectiveness.
12. Stay updated on industry trends ad best practices in sales partnership management.
Collaboration and Communication:
