Job Description
* Assist in the administration of client portfolios and financial planning arrangements.
* Process new business applications and follow up with providers to ensure timely business processing.
* Prepare and compile financial analysis reports.
* Participate in client meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
* Communicate with clients to answer queries and obtain information.
* Maintain client files in compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Stay updated with industry news and regulatory changes.
* Support the IFA team in any other administrative tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful IFA Administrator should have:
* A solid background in financial services.
* Proficiency in financial planning software and MS Office Suite.
* Strong administrative skills with an eye for detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work well within a team and individually.
* Good organisational and time management skills.
* Professionalism and a strong work ethic.
