Home Care
This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of Unilever’s Home Care business, joining the Home Care Europe team.
As a business unit, Home Care Europe is 1.6bn with a clear and ambitious strategy called "Bring it Home!" that drives our vision to become the most admired home care company. This strategy consists of three main pillars: where to play, how to win, and fuel for growth.

JOB PURPOSE

The CMI will be the crucial lynchpin to spot growth opportunities by channel and identify opportunities to sharpen our UBS 6P levers and drive actions that lead to commercial growth. The focus will be driven by key business needs within the market to ensure insights get acted upon to deliver growth based on deploying innovation and winning with channels/shoppers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Understand local consumers, culture and social media to identify trends and growth opportunities.
* Carry the wide responsibility for large transformative initiatives in the market/BU and will partner the market Commercial lead, Marketing and CSP leads.
* Deployment of BBM and local innovation and leading innovation design for local market projects.
* Providing high level guidance (not day to day operations) for Social first/demand creation marketing through digital learning and support landing of best practice on content creation.
* Supporting transformational (not day to day) CSP initiatives (eg TDP, PPA, CCVD, etc).
* UBS and performance guidance for the local market only. Integrating multiple data sources to help understand the actions required- across all the marketing 6 PS.
* Connecting with BG Shopper & Channel team and BG Analytics team for support.
* Work with UniOps/D&A to automate standard reporting systems as required at the market level.

Experience
* 3+ year experience.

* Experience of leading continuous research agencies (retail and consumer panel, brand tracking).

* Good facilitation skills to lead delivery across multiple stakeholders.
* Good project management skills to focus on outcomes and manage the different parts of a project.
