Job Title: Performance Insight Analyst
Location: Durrington, Worthing, West Sussex
Employment Type: permanent
Hours: 37,5 Hours a week
Salary: up to £33,800 per annum depending on the skills and experience
Key Purpose of the Job
You will be accountable for the support in the overview and alignment of our operational performance in networks including its year-on-year improvement in line with our upcoming AMP8 objectives. You will need to align with internal data teams as well as the different regional capabilities and front-line staff in the creation of a standardized view of performance across Leakage, Interruptions to Supply, CMEX and CRI.
To work within a team to develop strategies and methods to learn from failure, working with our frontline staff; implementing policies and procedures for the net benefit of the organization.
Accountabilities
1. Learning outcomes associated with our commitments
2. Familiarize, own and adopt business systems to enable analysis and delivery of learning outcomes.
3. Understand in depth our Outcome Delivery Incentive (ODI) deliverables.
4. Work through the organisation, from senior management to front line staff.
5. Alongside the function, take part in the implementation of lean practices to deliver efficiency.
6. Quantify and dynamically assess organisational workflow.
7. Effectively scope and seek opportunities to improve performance of the WN&C through data interpretation and key metrics deliverance.
8. Attend Performance Hubs and support WN&C Team in the implantation of improvement.

11. Good reporting capabilities, learning internal systems and mastering effective and efficient data production for a wide audience.
12. A sound working knowledge of ODIs and their impact financially.
13. Good leadership experience in reducing the consequence of interruptions to supply.
14. A good operational water network understanding.
15. Ability to work within a team or completing solo taskings/projects.

16. Proven investigative and analytical skills, to enable delivery of performance improvements.
17. Strong IT skills including MS Excel.
18. Self-starter with ability to manage own workload.
19. Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
